Breakfast and losing weight

Sometimes we tend to overthink things too much, for example eating breakfast while trying to lose fat. simply put there are so many different opinions on this matter, but this is mine if you not training to build muscle and you don't feel like eating breakfast then don't.

Just make sure when you do eat breakfast that it's healthy and filled with the stuff to get your day started right. The general rule of thumb is to stay within your calorie deficit and eat clever foods and please do not completely mess up on the weekend.
